Won the game AND got penalt/karma?

Last night I won Ticket to ride, saw my +22 score. With opening the app today I saw I got a time penalty and karma penalty. How? I finished the game? I am not aware I went over the time limit. It happends often that after closing the app I got a penalty the next day. Sound familiar to someone?

According to the log, you were not expelled, you just quit. Those messages are just delayed and you often see them after finishing some other unrelated game.
