kiked out from a game at the end!

Was playing terraforming mars, and the last round just started. I go for a move, and the server gets crazy with red messages all over the screen. BGA totally frozen, while everything else on internet works nicely.
Took one minute to get back to the server, there I log in again and there is no game ongoing anymore ! It doesn't even appear on the history page.

And something like 30 seconds later i get the message 'your game is finished' and a penalty for leaving it!!!

But the most annoying part, there isn't even any way to appeal against the unjust penalty.

BGA was having server issues. If you contact support, they will almost certainly cancel whatever penalty you received.

If the problem is on BGA's side they usually restore things and reverse penalties. If not, then you just have to live with it.
