Exploiting the game

A player who was definitely going to lose on the last round,stopped playing the game. I left him to play his go and he didn’t continue and when I returned to the BGA Iit said that the game was abandoned because no-one played for such a long time. This has happened before where the person who is higher ranked stops playing at the last turn and they end up not loosing any points. I think they know this loop hole in the system and exploit it! It should not occur if there is clearly a winner. Maybe you should automatically expel the person who didn’t play or turn it to a turn based game automatically so they lose the points. I have lost my points because of this and they have had no consequences for poor sportsmanship. I had already said to them, good game in the chat, which is really annoying!
