the confirm button is only on smartphone by default and disabled on pc. you can change that in the game preferences via 2 options to enable/disable the confirmation step an to set the duration of it
Well I play on my computer and I have the confirm button soooooooo.
Many times I have accidentally pressed Pass instead of Confirm since they are right next to each other and then I've lost the placement I made with my meeple. A simple Undo instead would be better.

Check your preference, the confirm button should not be visible by default on pc . I will maybe hide pass button when confirm is on screen

Playing on iPad and I love the new controls. Once I found the option for one finger scrolling I found it works perfectly, I have always found Carcassonne hard to navigate on an iPad until now. Seems ok to me on MacBook too; there, I am trying the “mouse wheel” setting with “no keys”.

Hope that others can find the settings to suit them too.

Thanks to the developer(s) for the time spent to develop this (for me) improvement.

Well I can confirm I no longer have the confirm button on my PC, however I still wish we had an undo button if we haven't placed our meeple. Can that be next to be addressed?

Today I had a game where I clicked to confirm the tile location but didn't realize I'd clicked in another place on the board while panning (after my view was dragged all the way to where the other user played) so it was no longer where I wanted it and didn't realize until I had to choose if I wanted to place a meeple on it... which you can't undo the placement when you haven't even revealed any new information. Please?

Yeah this makes no sense to me.

If we place a tile but realize it's in the wrong place, or, we cannot place a meeple because the opponent already has a meeple on the field 15 tiles away, why can't we just reset the turn and undo ?
