I've been super busy with work on a start-up, so I haven't had a chance to go through the list.

Do you, or anyone for that matter, have a list of the ones that are missing? That will help me get out a rev 3 sooner than later.

I just tested it on a different PC, it still works, but catbox is restricted in some countries. Or it could be some other setting depending on who rules your network. It's a big file and catbox is slow, so you'll need patience.
