ELO level when Playing Arena

Hello!

I reached ELO 300 for the first time ever, in this game, when playing SOLO in Arena, but was not awarded an Achievement for the new level.

Anyone know why?

I just played a SOLO game in Arena and my ELO is now 300.14. Still no Achievement notice? Can you tell me why?
