Time moderation for processing a report

Hi,
how long does it takes normally for the moderation to process a report?
I opened a report more than 20 days ago, and still is waiting. The player still have a bad behaviour and i keep updating that report. But it seems that no one take a look at it!
There is a limited time for doing so? Or i have to do other things? Really boring situation.

As far as I remember, my reports got answered after 1 or 2 weeks, so according to my experience this seems quite long. You could give that player a red thumb by clicking on it on that player's profile in order to avoid playing with them. Besides that, I think there is not much you can do. Sorry!
