BGA signs me up for games I don't want

Several times now, when I complete a game and click on the "play again" button, BGA arbitrarily signs me up for a different version of that game than I've been playing. For instance, I recently finished an Ark Nova game (3 players, sea creatures), which is the ONLY version I want to play, but when I clicked on play again, it signed me up for a 2 player beginner's game.

This is ongoing and there doesn't seem to be a pattern. Sometimes, I click play again while in arena mode and it sends me to 2p play.

This just started happening to me, too. I generally only play solo or with family, but it keeps dumping me into multiplayer games. I'm currently playing two turn-based boards because I didn't catch the error fast enough. It's REALLY obnoxious, and just started happening a few days ago. Was there some kind of code change?

The behavior of the "Play again" button changed a few days ago.
I made an update of the browser extension to revert to the previous behavior :

Already available for firefox, and in a few hours/days for chrome.
