Quit Game Penalty

I've gotten 3 penalties in the past week or so for quitting games while playing Splendor. The penalty doesn't come until a day or 2 later. I have no idea what game the penalties are related to. While I did have to quit 1 game in that period I didn't quit 3.

In your game history I see 3 games in the last 4 days where you either quit or you ran out of time and someone expelled you
