Hello there,
I am usually playing between 50 and 100 turn based games at the same time and usually don't have trouble finishing them in a timely manner. However I have started to play some tournaments and got kicked in two of them so far since my time has run out. This basically never happens to me. From my understanding tournament games differ from regular turn based games in that each player has a fixed time contingent that is not increased when they have finished a turn. For instances I start with 7 days in my clock and once thats over it is over and I usually get kicked by an opponent. When playing multiple turn based games this leads to the "important" tournament games being the last games that are presented to me in my "turn based queue" since most regular games have my clock at about "2 days" while my tournament games is at "7 days". From my experience the "turn based queue" prioritizes the games in order of "time left: least > most". This makes sese usually but doesnt jive with tournament play since once my 7 days run out i dont get time bumpers again that increase my time. Therefore the tournament games are way at the bottom and only appear as top priority once I am already very short on time.
Long story short: Can you please always show the tournament games first in the "turn based queue" and the the regualar games afterwards even if a tournament game still has more time on the clock?
I understand it's a fringe use case for 50+ turnbased players who also attend tournaments but otherwise I will not be able to play in them.
Great Website! Best regards,
Paul
