For me is important to know the Number of token in other player's pool, so:
Is possible to show the 3 token's pools, in addition to the points, in the player summary?

Hi, this is already shown (if you click the magnifying glass).

Are you suggesting that the tokens be shown even in the small scoreboard view? I have thought about doing this, maybe as a medium-sized scoreboard compromise.

I think it's confusing to have only one button when concluding contracts. There should be an "I agree" and "I disagree" button.
