With who I have to talk to implement pie/switch rule for this game? In several layouts, an experienced player can find strong starting plays that allow to dominate the game. The second player is just reactive the entire game. I don't have a mathematical proof (yet) that the first player has advantage in most of the layouts, however it seems to be a shared experience that it is like this.
For those who doesn't know this rule (an according to wikipedia)
"After the first move is made in a game that uses the pie rule, the second player must select one of two options:
1 . Letting the move stand. The second player remains the second player and moves immediately.
2. Switching places. The second player becomes the first-moving player with the move already done by the opponent, and the opponent plays the first move of their new color"
In connect 4, renju (interesting modification of gomoku), and several other games this rule has made the game more interesting.
