Variant to balance set collection buildings

It has been confirmed that the 2 buldings giving point for complete sets are too weak. So i made up this simple variant.

1) 5 food per set + 3 points --> 8 food per set + 3 points
2) 6 points per set + 6 points --> 10 points per set + 6 points

Would be nice if something liek this could be implemented. Details can be discussed.
