Because it doesn't offer more balance than the original pack, while it adds more sets of cards like hign mountanin, and it is hard to mix them into original techniques.

I have to contradict this vehemently. Forest Shuffle only works well with both addons. Alpine boosting plants and increasing tree species to 10, Edge boosting birds and bats, adding the bushes for more versatile card draw.
