Luck in this game

Hi ive played Ark nova tons off time in real world in close games. Ive seldom seen so much last action last turn reveal last card in row luck as i see in this online version, is is possible their is some programming faulth i mean sure luck is a factor but that kind of winning loosing games very very often is just to much compared to the real deal. Ore is just me who feel its of the chart online ?

It's just your feelings, luck is definitively a part of the game both irl and online, and there no difference between the two

Programming on purpose a game changing "last action last turn reveal last card in row" would be quite a feat, to accomplish that by programming fault would be even more

btw if i may suggest, in this game u build your own luck a lot setupping the field for the last rounds (f.e. keeping big enclosures near water or rocks free for rinhos/eagles or having an asia partner zoo for bear or an europian one for the snake ecc.). Obviously there's a lot of luck in starting action cards and top decking or objectives ecc. but i think the lucky factor is way more heavier for expert players (like 600 elo or more) than for low elo players beacuse if u are low elo it means u can improve a lot focusing on doing better plays instead of complaining luck

Last action card reveals may have been cards held multiple break rounds just to do this final move. Planning is not luck.

Exactly one time I was playing my final move, expecting to lose. I played Animal with Hunter ability, drew an Eagle, had an Aviary, upgraded Animals Card, and enough money, played the Eagle instead of my planned second animal, and therefore got to do another Action from Determination Ability. That is a lucky draw. But also would have been worthless without foundations of Build, Money, and Upgrade.
