Petition for removal of cheaters

I noticed that many all-time Top 5s use multiple accounts to boost ELO. This issue is also pertinent in arena, where some Top 10s have 200 games with their alt account. I'm not sure how the removal and ban process works, as I have encountered and reported many of these players to no avail. If the moderators have executive privilege to ban/remove these players, or even penalize their ELO, it would be much appreciated.

It would be much appreciated, sure, but the reality is sad. Moderation obviously can't ban cheaters quickly, but that's okay, because everyone has their personal redthumbs. What is more of a problem is that even in cases where moderation gives a player a permanent ban (like the winner of season 14 - https://boardgamearena.com/halloffame?g ... &season=14 ), this player still remains on the site, at the top of the rankings, dishonestly taking someone else's place.

it would be much appreciated if it wil work in another way.

Did you report the cheating accounts using evidence from their games that's easy for them to see? Moderators aren't necessarily Bang players and need to have clear cause for moderation. I've successfully reported several cheaters for Bang in the past.

In that way, the ability to decline starting arena games would also be appreciated. For normal games it is possible to quit lobby when you see two players with the same IP. However, this option is not made available for arena. I recognize that it is for queuing purposes and to prevent exploitation of the queuing mechanism, but still.

In this case they even insulted me and admitted to cheating. I checked their game history and they had 138 tables together. Many other players also gave them red thumbs but still they didn't even get a reputation penalty. I, on the other hand, got a penalty for responding to their accusations by that I'll report them.

What does "insulted and admitted to cheating" mean in this case? I also don't see any mention of what you actually reported, or if you reported anything at all.

I have also reported previously with facts winner of Season 20, messages that he reached out to me saying haha I killed you on purpose not to take my seat with different account and moderators instead of considering the report lowered my ELO and gave me warning because I called the player a cheater on my report while the player openly accepted that he did that on purpose.

Someone saying they killed you on purpose doesn't sound like cheating, though I'm not sure what the "not to take my seat with a different account" bit is supposed to be referring to. The account in question did end up getting moderated with a rating reset, so it's not like moderators were ignoring this user. The information you give matters.
