There are two parts to this which I sadly don't know the answers to. The first thing is BGA works with getting licenses for the Games it releases this would be the first step that would need to happen and some companies won't grant a license especcially if they have an app for the game.

The second part is a lot of the Dev work is done as side projects by volunteers so it would need to be a game that a developer would be happy to pick up or have the orignal owner of the Boardgame hire a dev.

I checked and the license is not available for BGA (at least for now, it could change)

Do you need a BGA Studios account to view the licenses?

Yeah but it's useless for popular titles, they are not added to the list since they are usually made by freelance devs so bga directly find one. That list on the studio is only/mostly for games opened for community developpement/volunteers.
