Great game, but it's too short

Ive played 3 games of this and it's really fun. My only issue/suggestion is that it's very short. I know that's the objective of the game but it would be great if there was a variant with double the deck size, which would extend the game. Thoughts?

Some short games like this have a mode that doesn't change the game itself, but uses rounds and it's best of x rounds. That seems like a simple option to add to Verso.

Not sure I agree - the pinch point at the end between pushing for more square arrangments versus completing tricks is why the game is so much fun. Agree with the idea about rounds, though - perhaps best of 5?
