Timed out

Hi,

I just lost a game because apparently i timed out

I was waiting for my opponent (i thought) and i asked him in the chat if something was wrong. He didnt reply and as soon as 30 seconds was passed he kicked me.

I was winning the game but now lost 38 points which feels really unfair!
Is there anything i can do to get the points back?

Or am i just screwed….

That happens. Next time it looks like the game is stuck, try reloading the page, the problem could be on your side.

ouch, -38 arena points hurts a lot. I've had that happen before, refreshing usually fixes it.

Can't get them back unless it is clearly a BGA issue.

I had this happen to me too, so now I refresh the page whenever it seems like the opponent is stalling.
