How can I create a Space Empire:4X with talon

I really want to play SE4X with talon on bga, but it seemingly that the rules are in "alpha test". I cannot create a SE4X room with talon, how can I create a Space Empire:4X with talon?

I need to be NOT in normal mode (friendly one).

Similar question but we want to play Space Empires 4x on BGA but the Talon matches IRL!
