I am feeling the notifications have been erratic lately on Firefox too, sometimes it needs me to visit the site to make the extension notice there are tables waiting, or click on the icon and then it notices... But I did not have the time to focus and monitor it carefully. Just my impression.

Version 1.12.16 is available for Google Chrome, and it fixes the issues about notifications and option panel that didn't display!

I have this 1.12.17 version and after the browser was open for more than half an hour, I clicked on the icon, and then it saw 6 tables waiting for me. I am on Firefox.

EDIT: Ok today morning it loaded just fine, the browser started and it had the tables counter ready to go. I guess it was a minor hiccup? When I clicked the forum it loaded white and not black but I am used to that older hiccup, hehe. Anyway we sail on, it's good enough.

Maybe a little problem after the update ...
But it's strange that you have this kind of issue with dark mode. It never do that for me (but I'm not using FF)

Frustrating but it doesn't happen all the time, ok. A simple refresh solves it.

OK, now that my browser has finally updated to 1.12.17, it looks like the problem with the indicator of waiting tables is corrected for me too. Thanks!

Another minor issue I discovered is on the music tab, the menus are still in white, but the text is grey, when in night mode, it doesn't matter how many times I refresh, it's by default I guess, could it be fixed? A screenshot of the issue:
