What is the rule of order of players with the same number of points?

The TOP 3 have the same number of points and it is:
1. benduth
2. AftaN
3. Noureiev

Is it the Buchholz system?

Then sums of the points of the their opponents are:
benduth: 72
AftaN: 71
Noureiev: 71

So if it is 71-71 so what then?
Ranking ELO? Then it match, because AftaN had after last match 423, and Noureiev 354.

If it is head-to-head match then:
AftaN won with benduth and Noureiev and Noureiev won with benduth.
So it do not match.

Tell me what is the system applied in case of a tie?

Tell me what is the system applied in case of a tie?

Go to the bottom of the tournament page just below where it says "Swiss System," then click the > symbol to expand the columns. The first tiebreaker is the total number of points scored by everyone you played. The second tiebreaker is the average ELO of everyone you played. Basically, the tiebreakers are based on "strength of schedule." The first tiebreaker looks at how strongly your opponents played in the current tournament. The second tiebreaker looks at how strong your opponents are overall, i.e., not just in the current tournament.

In this particular tournament, AftaN's opponents averaged 306 ELO and Noureiev's opponents averaged 299. That was the second tiebreaker.
