Why does it take so long for people to choose a tile?
It's possible in 10 seconds max.
Time should be limited to 30 seconds per turn.

I think this is generally true except in the endgame when you have to look at what tiles and spirits are left to calculate what your best chance at winning is.

It's unfortunately not possible to only five more time in the endgame though.
