How does the discard Refresh cards interface work?

I don't have a screenshot, but when you use a Refresh upgrade card (for example, the Suspension cards) you have the option to either Refresh it by placing it on the top of the draw deck OR discard it.

How do you click to discard both the used Refresh card AND some other cards from your hand? I manage to select the wrong option all the time.

Does anyone have a screenshot so I could study it without game stress?

Ignore the option to place the Refresh card on the top of your deck and select the cards you want to discard as usual

If you want to use the card with Refresh, you click to put it on top of your deck first, then the option to discard cards will still be there after. If you want to discard the card with Refresh as well you ignore the first part like cheval_raye says, just choose the cards you want to discard, your card with Refresh is already in discard from having played it.

Ah, of course… The Refresh card will be discarded if I don't do anything with it, just select the other cards to be discarded. Thanks guys!
