placing individual pieces of a mineral

I'm confused by the option on BGA to drag and drop the individual pieces of a mineral onto the board. What is the use of that? Also, once placed, why can't I rotate the entire mineral, but I have to rotate all the individual pieces?

Let's say you send a wave from 4 and it exits from D as white. You know there's an oblique white side on D4, but you don't know anything about the rest of the white mineral. Then you can put a small piece of white mineral in D4 as a reminder, which you couldn't do with the whole mineral without risking to misplace it.

C'est finalement intéressant comme option. Ce qui est gênant c'est qu'il faut sans cesse enregistrer sinon les modifications sont perdues. Et sur téléphone le bouton pour enregistrer et cacher derrière les + et - du zoom (ça demande beaucoup de clic).
Peut étre une case à cocher dans option [enregistrement automatique] serait bienvenue ?!!
Le jeu est excellent et l'adaptation (avec proposition de solution du premier ET du second joueur) en très bonne voie.
