Japan - More frequent in Arena/Tournament

Hi all, is anybody else noticing a higher frequency of running Japan (and USA for non-Heavy Rain games) lately? I feel like nearly all tournaments and arena games lately have been those two maps only. I double-checked settings, so it's not like these are Japan/USA-only settings.

Or is it just a weird stroke of RNG?
