Keep Getting the Same Two Maps

I play mostly with the same people, turn-based (sometimes Arena but I'm not that good). My standard settings are Random Maps, Same for both players, Map Pack turned off (I don't like the new-ish maps), and Peaceful mode. The problem is that all my games keep rotating the same two maps (Ice Cream Parlor and Observation Tower). Once in a while, something else will appear, but VERY rarely.

We mostly do rematches. Is that the problem? Do I need to create a new game each time and invite the person? Seems clunky.

I play a lot of rematches vs friends, and I notice a good variety. Of course, since its random, you can get a subset of maps more often, but thats what random kinda means.

Pretty sure it's al random, but that means stuff like that will happen.

I once played 6 games in a row on the same map in Arena, which is like 1/8^6 chance.
