Are the new rules for responding appropriate?

I feel that this new rule isn't very fair, especially as the first player. You've pointed out two very important issues:

Increased Pressure: When you're the first player to get the correct answer, you face the pressure of other players potentially getting it right as well. If they do, you lose the chance to be the sole winner.

Point Disadvantage: Even after answering correctly first, your points can still be reduced because other players can also get the answer right. This makes your effort feel less significant.

It just happened to me and I do agree that it's counterintuitive. This ain't a eurogame, there's no reason for every player to have the exact same number of turns. Also, the Korean ruleset I found on BGG (which seems to be the original) does state that the first to find the correct solution is the sole winner.

Agree to this issue. I think that the number of wins of player that were 1st is veeery much lower than the number of wins of 2nd players.
When I am the 2nd, I try to ask the last clue so we can be both winners (my non-competitive mind doesn't enjoy winning by a lucky guess or by rule fault).
However when I am the 1st player I noticed that the other tries everything to avoid asking that last clue to pinpoint the final solution, and I find it frustrating.

I think the game end should be managed like in other games (Ticket to ride, as an example), where every player has another turn after the end is triggered.
