A game of a player misjudging a role is not enough to say someone is cheating. How do you know they're not just bad? You can't see someone's role, and besides, the deputy has to kill you anyways. Any alliance is only out of convenience. All you've provided is evidence that they've made bad plays, not evidence that they intentionally threw the game.

Clear cheating would be things like the deputy choosing the sheriff, or a player quitting a winning game so their cheating partner doesn't lose. An outlaw shooting another outlaw when the renegade and deputy are dead is a pretty solid sign.

If they're cheating, I would expect several games of them working together. Evidence of cheating should be sent to moderators and not displays on the forums, one reason being players don't know what actual evidence of cheating is and end up mudslinging at each other because they're upset over how the game went rather than any actual cheating issues.

I didn’t watch the posted game but to your last comment of I would expect several games of them cheating. If you look at their history they played tons of games with the same account and win almost all of them. Bang isnt a game that you should have extreme win% over someone no matter how much better you are.

Due to how elo works it is very hard to get over and maintain 300 elo in this game. I bet if you look at several accounts that are well over 300 there is some foul play involved. I’ve done this in the past and all those accounts were cheating.

The 300+ rating check with Bang is something I've commented on before. As for the same account stuff that's the sort of thing you send to the moderators rather than the one of poor play example the OP was using.
