Trouble receiving email from boardgamearena.com

Lately BGA has been telling it is having trouble reaching me by email. I use hotmail, and Microsoft requires mass senders (i.e. sites like BGA) to meet certain technical security requirements.

This isn't a problem with my email address, which works fine, and some emails from BGA will come through, but I am concerned about what I might miss.

Sites doing this helps prevent spam and phishing/fraud because it protects the emails from certain kinds of forgery and modification in transit via DKIM. It would be great if BGA could please add the requested additional domain security settings that Hotmail is looking for.

Any chance this will could get fixed?

There was a indeed an incident with our email system indeed, from 2025-06-16 13:09 to 2025-06-17 22:45 (CET).

Still not getting BGA emails. Also using hotmail.

For the past several weeks I was only getting tournament-start emails and daily reports, not endgame and "time about to run out" emails, but now I'm getting none at all for a few days
