Instead of so many new games which nobody wants to spend time to learn, which are played for a few days and then forgotten, can you do the expansions and fix bugs in the popular games that people play consistently like Terraforming Mars, 7 Wonders, etc?

How is it possible that many users already have over 300 ELO in the DinoGenics game that was released 45 minutes ago? I don't think today's game is new on BGA...

That's because it isn't: https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=1036
"New release" doesn't mean "never before available on BGA." It just means it hasn't received a publicized release. In a normal month, there are only releases a few days a week, and usually it's only one game that is announced. At that rate, it would have taken about 3 months just to announce the games in the calendar so far this month. The twice-a-year "Advent calendar" is basically a way to clear up some of the backlog of games that never got an announcement of their release.

Thank you for clearing that up! This is the first time I participate in the summer calendar. I think I missed it last year. Is there a way to find out which games are published without notification? This will probably happen again in September if I understand your answer correctly.Meeplelowda wrote: ↑25 August 2025, 04:13That's because it isn't: https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=1036

Same. I'm very disappointed, I have 30 of the 31 and wasn't able to complete. As a self-proclaimed pirate, it is an incredibly disappointing anti-climax to the month.Exotic Dreams wrote: ↑01 September 2025, 00:51 I was unable to open the last window for this event. Note: I have chosen to pirate the badge icon and make it my player icon, since I wasn't allowed to get it properly.

If you tried just before you made this post, then you tried 1 hour 51 minutes too late. The new day began at 3 pm PT / 6 pm ET without fail for the entire month.Exotic Dreams wrote: ↑01 September 2025, 00:51 I was unable to open the last window for this event. Partially untrue. At least three times I clicked the day's chest at around 7-8pm central, and then immediately clicked through to '"tomorrow's" chest because it was already the next day in France. Day 31 was the only day it wasn't allowed.Meeplelowda wrote: ↑01 September 2025, 04:13If you tried just before you made this post, then you tried 1 hour 51 minutes too late.
