Can't signup for Arena games

I can't signup for any Arena games. It says "Searching for players" and shows 0 players waiting. Games started while I was waiting.

I've played Arena games many times before (with the last one being 4 hours ago) without a problem. When I tried to watch an Arena game, I got a message that a player at the table blocked me, yet the players at the table said they didn't block me. I tried to signup on my phone and had the same issue as my computer.

I'm not sure if it's a site bug or if someone accidentally banned me from Arena games. I can signup and play Simple Games without any issues. Any idea what it could be and how to check or fix it?

Had this problem 3 times in the past week. Any idea what's going on?
Hitting F5 doesn't help.
Signing out, clearing the cache, and signing back in doesn't help either.
