"When playing with more than six players,
ensure that each player has the same number of cards in
the final rounds. Simply repeat the number of cards dealt,
which allows each player to have an equal number of cards,
in each of the remaining final rounds."

Sorry, I couldn't see how to delete the original Q, so I added the answer in case others come looking for the same thing.
