Earning rush tokens

Earning rush tokens

Can someone clarify how rush tokens are earned? I thought it was just from making specialty drinks, but I do seem to earn them from making non-specialty drinks as well.

You earn them by making speciality orders and when failing to fulfill an order (when it goes off the counter).
