Anyone knows how to contact a moderator, without a moderation report number?

I need help and can't find how to contact a moderator.

My sister got banned during 'severe issues' on the site this morning. We believe this was an error as

- There were severe Site issues when this happened.
- She is new to the site.
- She is the only one living in the house so the only one using her IP.
- She never got warning e-mails or reports by moderators (but why should she, as she almost never played any games yet. I believe this was her 2nd or 3rd game ever)

Anyone knows what to do?
(There is no Moderator Report URL, so I cannot use the form, as the form doesn't let me send it without the URL)

Just in case, have her check her email again:

I previously got banned without warning, though BGA sent me an email around that time. ​ ​ ​ I forget if the email was slightly before
or slightly after the banning, but it's possible that the ​ 'severe issues' ​ caused a large delay in BGA sending an email to your sister.

What information do you have that leads you to the conclusion that she has been "banned"? Does it actually say "banned" on her profile somewhere? If there are some specific words you're seeing, copy those words here.

You don't get banned just for having a bad connection. Even if your karma suffers (which it shouldn't, because I saw the message that karma penalties would be reset), you won't be banned from playing, you just may fall below the filters for some formats (tournaments, etc.) or individual players' filters.

I can't add an attachment, but I have a picture of an error message on her screen that her IP address was blocked.
It was at the same time that on my screen it was reported that BGA experienced severe issues on the site.

Have you tried entering ​ ​ ​ the URL which is in her browser's address bar just after that error message shows up ​ ?
If you don't have anything else, that seems like the best guess for the ​ ​ ​ Moderator Report URL ​ .

I already tried an URL that was not a moderator report and it didnt except. Thnx for the idea.
