Good morning,

I played with someone, and he always picked the same faction as I do; however, over more than 10 games or more he always got 1st pick and I got 2nd pick. I think there it should be fair if we rotate 1st and 2nd pick automatically so he can't always get the 1st pick if we all picked the same faction.
