Finish game when you can't move

Sometimes you get all your pieces unsuplied, so you cannnot move or use cards but you must pass several turns until all regions are conquered. It should be an option to finish game in such situation

Update : in such a case, game progression will be set to at least 51%, so you will be able to concede.
Btw, next time use suggestion system to send a suggestion :ugeek:
