If you -like myself- like this game and would like to have its physical copy but it is not sold in your country and/or it is too expensive to import, there are a couple of similar games you can play with a regular deck of cards.
The name of the game is "Clear the Dungeon", it was created by Mark S Ball, from Riffle and Shuffle.

The "monsters/brambles" in this game are the face cards (Kings, Queens, and Jacks)
Kings are worth 13, Queens 12, Jacks 11.
Those are the bad guys you are trying to kill. To do so, you need a 2-card combination in which the sum equals or surpasses the face card value plus a trigger card. The trigger card has to be the same suit as the face card you are trying to kill. It doesn't matter its value, only has to be the same suit.
Aces are one, number cards are worth what they are. Jokers are worth 10 and are used as combination cards as well.
The game seems pretty balanced, and it is exciting, such as The Brambles.
It also looks pretty with a Tarot deck or a triangle deck

There is a web browser version of the game available on itchio, made by Avatus

Another similar game is Scoundrel. It was made by Zach Gage and Kurt Bieg for Train Jam 2011

In this game, Spades and Clubs are the bad guys. Hearts are health potions, and Diamonds are weapons. Face cards of the Diamonds and Hearts suits are not used.
Aces, Kings, Queens, and Jacks, are worth 14, 13, 12, 11, respectively.
There are no Jokers.

You start the game with 20 health points. (you can use a D20 dice to keep track of your health)
Each room is formed by 4 cards in line.
To clear a room, you can fight the monsters "bare-handed" or use your "weapon".
If you, for instance, fight a Jack bare-handed, you drain 11 directly from your health. If you instead use a 9 of diamonds, you will only subtract 2 from your health, because 11 (jack value) - 9 (your diamond weapon) = 2. After that, you can no longer use that weapon with any monster higher than a Jack. So you can only fight 10s and anything under using that 9 of diamonds.
If on your next turn, you use your 9 against a 4, you can only use the 9 again against anything weaker than a 4.
To move to the next room, you must kill/use 3 cards in that room.
If a room seems too difficult, or there are valuable cards you would like to save for later, you can "run" from it by grabbing all the cards and putting them at the bottom of the draw pile. You cannot run from a room twice in arow, and you cannot run from a room if you have already performed any action with a card in that particular room (basically, the room has to be 4 cards before you run away).
It also has a digital version available on Itchio, also made by Avatus, but that one is not working properly, given Aces are deducting 1 health point instead of 14 as it was supposed to.

I hope you like these games as much as I do.
