Look in the news for this game. About 7 months ago they added Applejack and a special bottle. You won't find them anywhere else so they are BGA Exclusives. It isn't a mode just some extras you can add.

I remember playing with Applejack but I think you have to lock in to a particular flight to get it so don't tend to bother with it now. I don't recall seeing the bottle.
