Vacant tables at Play Now

When I click the 'Play Now' button and my fav games pop up, it would be nice if there was a small number telling me how many vacant tables at a game there are, so I don't have to click each game to find out.

Do you really mean "vacant table"? if a table is truly "vacant" (empty) there wouldn't be a reason to show it at all. If you mean there is a table waiting for more players that still has at least one vacant seat, that's a different thing, and it is already shown.

If the blue button says "Play Now!" there are no tables currently waiting for players. Otherwise the button will say "[x] {table icon} available" where x is the number of tables with at least one seat open (but not all obviously). See here. That is a view on a mobile device, but there is a similar view on a computer.

If you can't see this, is it because you are on mobile and have your Display Options (found to the right of the words "Favorite Games") set to Tiny Icons instead of Small Icons? Same for desktop. If Display Options are set to Tiny you can't see the table icon indicating tables waiting for players.

Strange, I have never seen an alternative blue button with a table icon. This is what I see:



I have 'Large' icons showing. If I wait, none of the games ever change to show a # of tables with vacant spaces. And I know Azul has tables popping up constantly.

Any ideas?

Either you have the right setting on "Automatic" or the left setting on "Arena." There is no need to show the number of tables on Automatic matching because you aren't choosing a table; the system is finding a table for you. In Arena, the whole point is you don't get to pick and choose your opponents, so there is no need to show the tables waiting. In fact, the right setting disappears once you select Arena.

Set the left setting to "Simple Game" and the right to "Manual."

Thank you! Yes, I had the rightmost setting set to Automatic.

There is no need to show the number of tables on Automatic matching because you aren't choosing a table; the system is finding a table for you.

I think it could still show which games have tables waiting, as Automatic matching would be a lot quicker on those games than on games without tables waiting.
