Kicking out beginners from lobbies

How do you guys expect to find players to play the game if you kick out beginners? Can’t you just kick people out based on elo? I had someone kick me out because I haven’t played 200 games. That’s like jobs requiring experience for entry level jobs

Also, I feel like if anyone has a problem with talking they should speak up before the round starts. This unspoken rule about not talking is in my opinion dumb. The game is meant to have discussion. My problem with it is it should not be unspoken. I don’t care about whether or not talking is included in the game but just make the rules clear from the beginning.

Do these players not understand how to setup a game with preferences?. All one has to do is setup the preferences to restrict access. No need to kick beginner players from a game then.
