I also find the new logo to be ridiculously terrible. And I don't think I knew that BGA was part of Asmodee. That makes me very sad because now I have to seriously reconsider my subscription.

It strikes me as not only retro-ugly but also attempting to be subtly (or not so?) political. I don't need that when I simply log on to play games. I can be friendly with all without needing stances in my face. The flashing while loading is too too much. It will be hard to renew my subscription.

On both mobile and desktop, each new page that loads in the forum (or each new bug report, for those of us who are developers) suddenly shows a large fullscreen flashing image. On mobile, this lasts 4-5 seconds for me. On desktop it may be faster.

As several of us have mentioned in the thread, some people have a seizure risk for flashing images or at minimum find them very uncomfortable.

The small logo in the corner is fine. I'm fine with the new BGA logo in general. But (again, as several people have described) the part we struggle so much with is every single new page / bug / game click abruptly switching the page to show a large, bright, flashing image.


Thankfully the unofficial BGA browser plugin hides the flashing image, though I still have to deal with it on mobile while developing.

Est-ce que les joueurs francophones ne sont plus les bienvenus ?
Est-ce que l'avis de ceux qui détestent ce changement n'ont plus droit à la parole ? (Vu les commentaires, c'est près des 2/3 des joueurs)

Même si les concepteurs refuseront toujours d'admettre ce raté, cela ne justifie pas un tel manque de respect envers les joueurs.
Si nous (les francophones) ne sommes que des porte-monnaie en euro, dites-le tout de suite, on évitera de prolonger nos abonnements.

Great job, I really like the logo with text, particulaly at the bottom of each page where the three colour stripes are obver the black. It has a pleasing retro feel to it. Perhaps more could be made of the coloured stripes and black at the top of some pages?
I am not too keen though on the small logo, particulaly the one in a circle where the three colours develop - I feel that this one needs a bit more work

I really like the logo on the coloured bands, could they be used for the loading/waiting screens by having the coloured bars progressing across the top of the screen wit the logo overlaid, similar to the arrangement at the bottom of each page. (Possibly at slightly different rates for each of the three colours)

I wish my skill was up to produing an animated gif! I did try to attach a couple of images but I don't seem to be allowed

Would it be possible to remove the large black & white logo which appears when I go to play a move in a game? It’s both unnecessary, since by the time I go to a game I know that I am using BGA, and it’s an ugly logo.

The constant repetition of the branding everywhere and at every change of screen looks very needy.
