Hi,

one player with more points than me was losing their game. I had 7 points and 2 knights played with another in my hands so I had 9 points. Then, the player with more ranking and less points in that game offered to abandon the match with no penalties or points. I rejected. Then they decided not play. I tried to move the match into turns, but then he abandoned (or the other player expulsed them, not sure).

I got 14 points instead the 29 points I would have get with my more than sure victory.

When I access to the profile of this player to get a red thumb and reported them... I discovered he had been moderated by the admin and they cannot play until 15th October.

Before I complain about them.

I really appreciate it because these things are annoying and it is good to see somebody is taking care of it to get the better Catan experience here.

You have zero evidence that their moderation had anything to do with this game, and you have not stated anything they did that would be cause for moderation. The penalties that come from abandoning a game are automatic, do not require the intervention of a moderator, and do not result in a temp ban.

You right. I though it because in their profile appeared "this player are not allowed to play until 15th October" and it was immediately after my game with them.

On the other hand, I don't mind if it is automatic or not. It is well done.

I think it says "access restricted until..." which is what it says when they get suspended from the foums?
