How to cancel premium. I can only find a place to update payment card (not delete it) or change to monthly instead of yearly.

Also - why do you hide support behind these forums. Just give an email.

The forums are not typically for support (though sometimes other players can and will help you, and sometimes mods/admin turn up to answer questions, but not often), and there is an email you can contact if necessary via the Contact Us/Support page. Additionally, there's FAQ on there for common questions including this one.

Also, this thread is still on the first page of this forum: https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=44987 A little searching can usually get you an answer much faster.

Funny, I came across this while trying to find out how to update my card details, but I can only find the cancel account option.
When I go to this section https://boardgamearena.com/preferences?section=account# I have a cancel button. When I click it it asks me am I sure, think that might be what you're looking for?

Where are you finding the change card option?
