I never hear when a game starts

The notification when a game starts is such a profound and quite sound that I do not recognize it most of the time (and yes I put it to loud as much as this was possible). And then I get bad karma points.
When the normal waiting time for a game to start is more than 20 minutes than there deff should be something that is more easy to hear and see that tells you that the game startetd.

I changed sounds now. Im still unhappy with having a bad reputation/karma, when I did nothing wrong on purpuse. Such a bad way of treatment to new users of this side.

Your karma is 64, not really that bad. And it will improve as you finish games (without time penalties, I think). Many players make mistakes in their early time here that cost karma - I did, but I only let it happen once before trying to do something different and work out why it happened. If the sound isn't working for you, then you can choose to play turn-based for a while to rebuild your karma, or make sure you're watching the screen, not just relying on the sound, or choose games with shorter wait times. Or ask here, as you have done. I'm sure the players who matched with you were disappointed as well that you didn't actually play with them.
