I don't know the exact BGA rules but many games utilize bronze silver elite as their levels. I believe that is what is most appropriate here. Games are long and taxing. Not many players. I believe lowering threshold even in the slightest would help with people achieving their goals and encouraging more people in for improved arena environment.

I agree, though I think bugs/suggestions is the place to suggest. Feel free to reach out if you ever want to queue real time arena
