If you have enough evidence that players are cheating, the proper way to address this is to create a Moderation Report against them with significant evidence: https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=35071
Not to tell you how to do your job, but I'll just point out that when xate responds to posts like this she edits out the objectionable material, or else the whole purpose of identifying it as objectionable is undermined.
Noted and clearly still things to learn here.

More than keeping players happy as you said, part of my job is to make sure your voice is heard.

This doesn't mean that things will change everytime someone says something on these forums. But when players talk about an issue, I'll bring it up with whom it may concerns on the BGA side.

As suggested, I'll read on these 2 topics but I am sure that members of the team are already aware of the ELO and Red Thumb concerns from the Community.

Well, you have your job cut out then, because BGA's track record is atrocious in this aspect. I sincerely hope you are the herald of better times.
but I am sure that members of the team are already aware of the ELO and Red Thumb concerns from the Community.
That's concerning because their response so far have been completely insufficient. Once again, I am putting my faith in you. Looking forward to good news from you!

Welcome! Good luck! Yep the ELO thing, along with stripping ELO awards and even visibility from non-coop game modes was atrocious, and the PR handling of it even worse.

There are many things that need fixing/changing with arena. I won't repeat them all here, but red thumbs is the least of them imo. Allowing RT is the better option than the alternative sadly unless lots of other changes are made alongside it.

The presence of Red Thumbs in less popular games leads to a host of challenges that detract from the gaming experience.
This phenomenon fosters the creation of multiple accounts, results in protracted wait times and diminishes the level of competition.

I use RT to block people using multiple accounts and kingmaking / using solvers etc. Removing that ability just means I will stop playing those games entirely in Arena. It's the only way I have to avoid getting repeatedly paired with such cheats. Like I said, there are lots of things to fix with arena before simply removing RT option.

If there are players cheating, why aren't you reporting them?
