I've been following them around since I played a game with them, They are definitely colluding. His record while playing with * is incredibly good. I plan on following for a day or two between my own games. As soon as I started questioning them * seems to have "signed off" for the day. I will start paying attention to see if anyone else is involved as well.

You need to report this to the moderators. The more people who report this, the more likely they are to take action against the players doing this.

Without naming any accounts, we have had issues lately with team playing in KoT Arena. I've raised reports but the issue hasn't stopped, and in fact is becoming worse.

BGA needs to develop a system to remove Arena points from such players. This avoids the need to ban accounts, while still dealing with the problem properly. ELO penalties, which is what have been applied in the past when found guilty, are no kind of punishment whatsoever.
