Why some games haven't a 'See Final game situation button'?

Most of times, I play by turns. And some games like Jurassic Snack, Mini Rogue, Monster Trick, Nature, 13 Clues and others haven't the See Final game situation button even when the game have just finished.

Why there's this difference?
