Extra turn mechaincs need to come with extra time

I recently had a game where I ended on a triple turn becuse of the animals I had I was not in anyway slow playing yet went about 20 secs over time and the other plyer kicked me (bit of a sore loser move tbh as was clearly going to win). This need to not be an issue as the extra turn animals etc need to come with like 30 secs extra time.

Really annoyed that gurnteed win turned into a loss beucas of this combined with a salty looser

That makes sense to me.I'm not fast enough to play in real-time [other than friendlies] but to be consistent it ought to be based on actions rather than turns.

You are free to sign up for a slower paced experience. If you still cannot manage to take your turns within the alloted time on the slowest option, I'm not sure I'd advice you to continue play online.

That said I think we have all been there and it's a terrible feeling, so don't take this as an approval of what your opponent did. But they are absolutely within their rights to do so.

The other view is: If you don't have time to play 3 turns, don't play the card that gives you a 3rd turn. If you do (play the card), you're painting yourself into a corner and you only have yourself to blame. You can claim the other player is being unsporting, but perhaps they didn't play such a card earlier in their turn because they knew they didn't have time... should they now allow you the time for it? You can claim that you were "going to win", but if your win required doing something against the rules (taking more time than allowed) then you were not, and if it didn't, then you did not need to rub it on your opponent's face and take extra long time just to beat your own high score. You can suggest that something should be different about the timer, but as long as it is like it is, it's like that for everybody.

Ok.Something should be different about the timer.It should be based on actions rather than turns.So when you get an additional action,you should be allowed extra time to perform it.

Time per action wouldnt work with the "undo" function, which is a lot more important in my opinion. Also note that you can speed up the animations a lot in the settings, which makes it possible to do even 2-3 actions in a matter of 20 seconds or so.
